A natural pain reliever derived from chilli peppers called capsaicin, Chilli Plaster is known for its unique warm sensation which stimulates and improves blood circulation. This unique quality provides quick relief to aches and pain resulting from over-exertion, fatigue, stiffness and minor sprains. Over 50 years on, the Chilli Plaster continues to be marketed in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, Canada, and USA。
I was buying KONGDY Chili Plaster at the online store. However they are so popular that they sell out there all the time. I was having severe muscle spasms in my lower back. It was like a constant storm that came and went. At times when the pain was real severe I would take a pain pill, but that is something you want to hold out for extreme situations. Most times I was using an ice pack, which brought temporary relief. Stretching exercises helped as well.
My friend suggested the chili patches. I feel nothing after sticking them on for a few hours. Then I get a little warm, then after about 12 hours they get real hot. When you peel them off they keep working. I am proud to say this has completely cured me of my muscles spasms. My sister and mother use them for their knee.
The warmth they give is just enough to keep the muscles in the area relaxed. An important thing to remember when using these patches is, first as I said they go on your clothes not your skin and second, because they are air activated they will take up to 20 minutes to really heat up. But believe me, the end result is well worth the wait and for those who have sensitive skin, a patch you don't have to put on your skin is a definite bonus. I use these nightly and am down to my last box so I'll definitely be ordering more very soon. For anyone needing a really good pain relieving patch, definitely give these a try.
One word of caution I would offer. Do not peel them off, and jump in the shower. You will feel a deep burn with hot or cold water.
